What is the reason? Trump was linked with Kazakhstan, Tevfik arif

Trump was able to maintain relations with Kazakhstan, even if the latter didn't approve of Tevfik. Trump was widely criticized for treating a country with an insecure regime as an ally.

A lot of eyebrows were raised when Donald Trump hosted Kazakhstan's president on Tuesday at White House. Trump also worked with well-known Kazakhstani entrepreneurs, such as Tevfik Ariff and Tevfik Ariff, to increase the scope of his private real estate companies. The move was strongly criticized by his critics.

Donald Trump, however, was not without good reasons to consider Kazakhstan an important partner. The time and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine have proven his point Here's the reasons.

The significance and importance of the meetings between Donald Trump & the Presidents of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and Tokayev
Donald Trump's presidency led to an impressive improvement in the Kazakhstan-US relations. Washington and Nur-Sultan were good friends and had good diplomatic and commercial relations. In Washington President Trump met with the ex- Kazakhstani leader Nursultan Nazabayev in January of this year. He had a meeting with President Kassym Jomart Tokayev in New York at the UN General Assembly.

Kazakhstan is a significant country because of its strategic position. It is also considered a central Asian country's balancing power. The rivalry between the United States, Europe, and Russia has increased Kazakhstan's, economic, and strategic importance. It is essential to America's security as it has withdrawn from Afghanistan and is one of the most important neighbors of Kazakhstan.

In the year 2018, the countries trade $2.1 billion. In comparison, the commerce between Uzbekistan and the United States was at $315 million during the same period. Kazakhstan is the top US economic partner in Central Asia.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Eurasian geopolitics have historically focused around Central Asia. Kazakhstan leads Eurasia on security, energy and economics. America requires strong connections with the Eurasia region, especially Kazakhstan.

The White House visit to Nazarbayev was a positive start for the US in its strategic engagement with the region.

Bayrock Nazarbayev's support for nuclear nonproliferation was just one of the reasons we hosted him. Kazakhstan is a pioneer in nuclear nonproliferation after giving its nuclear arsenal that was inherited from the Soviet Union. Post-Cold War US attention to Central Asia has been restricted to Afghanistan.

Trump's South Asia strategy also needed Pakistan's break. Hence the US needed Kazakhstan as an alternative back-door shipping channel to Afghanistan.

Donald Trump's relationship with Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik Aif
Tevfik Ariff, the founder of Bayrock Group, collaborated with the Trump Organization in the construction of the well-known Trump SoHo Building.  Bayrock Trump SoHo is Bayrock Group's most prestigious New York City project for development of properties. It's named in honor of its SoHo site.

Tevfik Arif Donuld Trump Tevfik Arif is an Turkish Kazakhstani businessman. He was born in Soviet Kazakhstan in 1952 to Turkish parents. He became deputy director of the Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade's Hotel Management Department. After 17 years with the Ministry, Tevfik Aif founded real property and real estate development. He also managed imports, exports of natural resources, minerals cars, as well as food businesses. Tevfik Arif was the first to open hotels that were all inclusive in Turkey. Bayrock Group was founded in New York City eight years later.

Tevfik arif worked as a translator to the Trump Organization when the Bayrock Group moved its New York City headquarters from its New York City headquarters to the 24th floor of Trump Tower located in Midtown Manhattan. The exact same building which the Trump Organization was located. Then discussions of the Trump SoHo condo-hotel began. After the corporations had discussed a top-quality real estate development project, the Trump SoHo skyscraper idea was created. Tevfik, Bayrock Group founder and CEO was well conscious of the Trump brand's strength. He suggested that the Sapir Organization use it to support its project.

Bayrock Group hired top architects to design the cutting-edge construction.

The partners agreed to grant the Trump Organization 18% ownership in return for utilizing the Trump brand in the new construction's name. Trump did not fund the building. In the year 2017, The Dominick was established as a condominium-hotel.

It provides apartments, a hotel room, an outdoor swimming pool, a rooftop terrace and restaurants.

Bayrock Group and Trump Organization were in talks about the possibility of the development of real estate in Florida or Arizona shortly after Trump SoHo was opened. These structures were affected by the 2008 realty crisis. Bayrock Group has invested around $2.5 Billion in US real estate assets. Bayrock Group has not developed any new ventures in the past few months.

Tevfik arif, after Trump SoHo's success, and a shift in the US marketplace, went back to Europe, Central Asia, and the place where his career started more than a decade earlier. Bayrock Group still trusts Tevfik Arif as an advisor even though he has retired from many of the responsibilities he had.

Why Biden should keep an watch on Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan could be a major actor in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. In the eyes of the United States, Kazakhstan is a strategic country. The peace process has been restored to Kazakhstan, and the Kazakh president Kassym Jomart Tokayev made important modifications to the power structures of the ruling class, which caused concern and questions.  tevfik arif, bayrock Tokayev is now the chairperson of the National Security Council. He replaces President Nursultan Azzarbayev, whose power in the economic arena has caused anger among protesters.

Since then, three of the former president's sons-in-law have been dismissed from state-owned firms and his nephew was dismissed too, and former head of intelligence Karim Masimov was convicted of the crime of treason. Many other Nazarbayev-affiliated top officials and business elite have lost their jobs, left overseas for extended vacations, or were forced to make large "donations" to the state.

Tokayev has developed business ties with the countries of his neighbors and also the West. To ensure his popularity, he has avoided angering Putin. Kazykhanov might disturb this equilibrium. Washington should monitor developments regarding Kazakhstan closely, as they could foretell many possible power shift scenarios.
